Dena's Italian Wet-Rub Ribeye
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (or fresh minced)
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt 2 rib-eye steaks
In small bowl combine oil, seasoning, garlic powder, and salt; rub over both sides of steaks that have been patted dry.
