¼ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon sweet paprika 1 tablespoon smoked Spanish paprika 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon white pepper 1 tablespoon kosher salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons celery salt ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine sugar, paprika, peppers, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt and cayenne in a medium-size bowl and mix well.
Extra rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to six months.
