½ cup Olive oil 1 ½ cups red wine 1 tablespoon dried rosemary 1 tablespoon granulated garlic or garlic powder 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Pour over beef. Marinate refrigerated and covered for 30 minutes (no longer or the meat will become mushy). Grill immediately.
