We’re getting ready for the Fourth of July holiday with a pair of recipes from Steak and Cake, the new book from award-winning author Elizabeth Karmel. The book is based on Elizabeth’s wildly popular Steak and Cake classes at the Institute of Culinary Education. Her reasoning?
